Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – APRIL 2020
1. You will be automatically entered into a free prize draw when you subscribe to the Steve Furlonger Golf Performance YouTube channel and like his Facebook page (Steve Furlonger Golf Performance)
2. Entry into the draw closes when the channel reaches 1000 subscribers the Callaway wedge and 2000 subscribers for the Odyssey putter. Both products are shown and described in the video.
3. The draw will take place within 7 days after closing date.
4. Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK.
By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. There is one Callaway Mack Daddy 4 s-grind, 52 degree wedge and one Odyssey Toe Down #9 putter to be won.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all YouTube subscribers who have also liked Steve Furlonger Golf Performance facebook page (see link above).
7. You can enter without subscribing to the SF Golf Performance YouTube channel by sending your name, e-mail and postal address to Steve Furlonger. Direct contact details can be supplied on request.
8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the draw date.
9. The winner will be required to collect the prize from Steve Furlonger direct from one of his venues in Surrey. The prize must be claimed and used, by the winner, within 6 months of the date of notification. Delivery can be arranged at a cost to the winner.
11. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
12. If you are a winner, Steve Furlonger may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.
13. The Promoter is Steve Furlonger.
14. Details of the winner will be available 7 days after the draw date by sending a message to Steve Furlonger direct.
15. Steve Furlonger reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
16. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
