**KANIBI ROLL ON GEL is great for soothing sore joints and muscles on the go. Plus, it’s perfect for golfers as CBD can be rolled on to the skin without having to make contact with your hands/fingers, reducing messiness that you’d then need to wipe off on your towel. This drill is so good that Everyone should have a Practice club with an alignment rod sticking out of it for this purpose… possibly made even better with a “Hanger” added to it.
Solid as usual Eric!
Eric your videos and signing up for your website improved my swing/game tremendously! Can’t thank you enough!
Good vid, my trouble at my age now (60+) is the right wrist and right forearm being too "upright" or not rotated and bent back. Thanks again for explaining clearly some of the faults you see out there and how a individual can identify them on their own. Good luck.
Great video! Thanks Eric…may I know at what point should u feel the lead forearm rotation starting? Thanks
I'm flat by nature and I bought a tall mirror in my practice area to do this drill. You can easily look back at the mirror to see where you are at each step. This video is a good reminder that I need to keep up with this drill as I've started falling flat again. Great video!!! Love the content.
Great video, working on that as we speak….. can you do a video on weight transfer and where you should feel the weight in the feet at different parts of the swing thru follow thru….. like when I get to the top of the backswing, Should I feel pressure on my lead side toes, heels and when I transfer where do I roll by weight to my feet? I find myself on my toes but realize that was my setup from a video you recently did- thanks for the videos, really helps a lot- thx in advance
Eric, you were born to be a golf instructor. What a tremendous video. I'm a person that gets too laid off in my backswing, and this video gives me exactly what I need in order to fix it. Thanks for all you do!
Just refer people to Faldo's preset drill.
Hey Eric, this looks like an awesome exercise. Would you suggest changes for woods or drivers?
Since the body turns right at the beginning of the takeaway, don’t the hands start going inside from the beginning rather than going straight down the toe line?
Great drill! What position is your camera focused? Down the ball line or hand line? Looks like ball line, but it's hard to tell. Thanks!
Eric, this might be your best video on the backswing to date, and that is saying a lot. Keep up the great content.
Jeez… this seems like an incredible instant feedback drill. Can’t wait to try it this afternoon. Thanks in advance Eric!
great video and explanation, this would have been very useful 35 years ago lol.
Que buen tip Eric!!
Thank you
Regards from Argentina.
Great video Eric. I have an old 7 iron with an alignment rod stuck into the shaft. These drills and your video with John Dunigan on the left arm (lift and squeeze) have been game changers for me. LiveView Pro has been a fantastic tool to let me look at my checkpoints. Without watching it, my backswing feels overly steep (obviously not the case). Thanks for the awesome content and product recommendations!
