  1. 15:40, i am doing this currently to shorten my swing. My issue is excessive arm travel/breakdown of the left arm. I have to feel almost a Jon Rahm type swing to sync it all up.

  2. Even when people “move” their lower body, they’re still not “using it” for power. Most people swing the club with arm power, and shoulder spin. That’s it. There’s so much more in the tank. Hands, wrists, torso, hips, legs. You get the picture….. Imagine there are 10 pieces of drywall standing up in front of you(towards the target). Now, someone said…. Take a golf stance, and throw the club through as many walls as you can. You will naturally use every muscle, and every lever to throw it forward, with speed, and power.

  3. Sat in the parking lot of my local pro shop and watched this video 3 times. Sim practice the technicals for 30 minutes. I increasesd 7i from 156 to 177 carry. Driver increases from 217 to 256. I am 54 years old. This is the MAGIC!
