  1. Of course you could. A 16 handicap golfer could easily break 90.
It's the easiest course on any Major rota.

  2. Was there like a week after you all were there and played the new course.. couldn’t afford the old course.. wife kept score and we walked it together… what an experience

  3. That's not a hard course in no wind. Yes i know there is some wind for for there, its no wind.

I haven't seen the finish, but he can easily break 90. It's those mats. EAL is more than good enough to hit distances with short irons and wedges. He just keeps leaving himself with impossible 2 putts.

  4. They were selling Goodr sunglasses at the Masters this year. I bought a Masters green pair, and was so bummed they didn’t have the ANGC logo on them.

  5. I read lips: he is going 2 under on the back. Great video, I could listen to the Scottish caddie read a phone book.

  6. Oh boy! Fingers crossed you got your club lengths dialed in the back 9, but 90 seems very much doable at this point. Continuing to love the series.

  7. Great first half – looks like holes 13-17 will be a tough stretch. Looking forward to the second video!

  8. Posting this without watching, but the Old Course doesn't seem to have quite the same knife edge between success and failure as The Country Club did. The key will be whether EAL managed to stay out of the pot bunkers.

But, geeze, hit a few warmup balls and putts before setting out on a championship golf course.

  9. Hey, you are back with Taylormade? Good for you. You have the highest level of golf content on yt. So well produced, EVERY FUCKING TIME. Waiting for your Netflix or Amazon video deal.

  10. When you say “In just a few days some of the best golfers in the world are going to land here to show their skill at the game of golf.”

Do you mean from when the video was uploaded rather than from when the video was shot? This looks to have been shot a while ago, no grandstand behind the 18th green and no practice range set up on the Jubilee.

You canny trick a local Fifer

  11. Best golf videos on youtube. So well done and fun to watch. Erik was made to do these vidoes.
On a golf note those mats compress at the bottom and cause the ball to ride up the face and cause everything to be short. Just one more club and hes 3-4 strokes lower.

  12. Please stop plopping the putter onto the turf/green. It gives me the willies. Truly enjoy your videos though.

  13. What a pristine feeling it must be to stop at your ball in the fairway, of the Old Course, discuss with your caddie distance to the pin, wind direction and club selection. All of this at St Andrews, on the course the Old Tom Morris designed. Wow. This is so on my bucket list. Thank you for sharing this perfect golf day, no matter what you score. The gentleman caddying for you was perfect.

  14. I love that St. Andrews is in the middle of the town. You're just walking down the street past a bar, then all of a sudden it's like, "Hey, I'm at a golf course…"

  15. Great video as always but I’ll be honest, 90 seems too easy a target for a player of your calibre and easier weather conditions. It also felt like you left a few out there – mainly because of those mats.

  16. this has more mystery that Agatha Christie movie you just don't know what's going to happen next the Erik tension .
