@Golf Mates. Hello again and thanks as always for the enjoyable video. I have a moe norman secret, which should be applicable to most swings. Here it is. To get automatic sequencing in the golf swing, where the lag, timing, squaring of club face is automatic, do this. On the back swing, when the lead knee reaches its greatest bent movement towards the trail side, immediately, without hesitation, no matter what the arms are doing, drive the lower body into the downswing. With this, we basically have a swing cheat, where we can get the exact same timing with every swing. peace love light
