This is the first time, PGA and DP World Tour have sanctioned a golfing tournament together. Some of the big names are coming over, such as Justin Thomas, Scottie Scheffler, Jon Rahm and Xander Schauffele are lining up.
The Scottish Open is Fielding a strong line out, but we must remember that sometimes this big players use it for a good prep for st Andrews. Its a very good course, its a lynx course and will give the layers good match practice. It is a very score able course and just under par 71.
There is going to be lots of birdies, there is some wind and small bit of rain forecast, buts its still going to lay very firm and fast. The wind gusts might get up to 3 km an hour and that will definitely test the players.
I personally will be staying away from the to of the market, many of these top players were at Jp pro am last week.
My first selections are value lays, i have been impressed with Robert Maclntre a Scots man, he has a decent enough record in the Scottish open, always been there or there about. His used to laying links golf and is a great angle into for me.
Another selections is a bigger rice, the south African finished 2nd in the john deer after a string of missed cuts. His goal this year was to get into the open and then the to 50 in the world. There is a bit of value at that price.
