Hey guys, sorry about the wait, but I’m back and bringing better disc golf videos than ever! Today will mark the first installment of my four part mini series, Building Your Bag. In this first video I am going to tell you everything you need to consider when picking out the putters that you will be carrying on the course, as well as the best ways to use them to maximize your disc golf potential.

Quick recap of the main points:
Putting Putters
-Anything inside Circle 2 (~70 feet and in)
-Comfort is key, beaded or headless, it is a personal preference
-Neutral stability
-Grip is to preference. Soft or stiff, it’s up to you

Driving/Upshot Putter
-Comfortable in the hand
-Can handle mild torque, but can still turn over if meant to
-Used for most upshots and short drives
-Easy to manipulate to any line
-Neutral to slightly OS
-Can handle some mild to moderate wind

Understable Putter
-Easy to manipulate
-Good for scramble situations
-Very glidey
-Tailwind putts and approaches

Overstable Putter
-Low profile
-Comfortable for a forehand/sidearm
-Torque resistant
-Less glide
-Best in a premium plastic
-Main wind fighting short disc
