It’s time to keep fix your bending arms for good!!!
Keeping your left (lead) arm straight in the golf swing has numerous benefits when it comes to better, more consistent, ball striking.
But this part of the swing is often so difficult for amateur golfers to learn to do. Arms that flex too much in the backswing, downswing and follow-through make it extremely difficult to control the radius of the swing, and a fluctuating radius is a disaster when it comes to making repeatable, consistent contact.
However, most of you are looking in the wrong place when it comes to fixing this problem. The problem isn’t your lead arm… it’s you trail arm. That’s right! The reason your lead arm is bending too much, is because your trail arm is over-flexing in the backswing.
By using a simple pool floatie, you can learn the correct feeling of the trial arm and how to control the amount of bend to produce better arm structure throughout your swing which will lead to better results.
