Those announcers are funny. "Vijay still at the age of 54 one of the longer players in the game." If the game only includes Champions Tour and LPGA, sure. PGA Tour Average Ball Speed this year is 172 mph. His distance is impressive for his age and I really respect his work ethic but there's no need to over-exaggerate.

1:30 effortless 166 ball speed, I would've guessed with how easy of a swing that was I'd say 130 mph max
