Q.
If a player wishes to make a stroke at their ball, are they able to stand however they wish in playing such a stroke?
.
.
A.
No, the player is permitted to fairly take their stance, but must do so in the most least intrusive way to the growing or attached vegetation and objects around them. They would not be permitted to stand on a plant in order for them to have a longer backswing or easier access to the back of the ball.
