  1. This has been the best explanation to the rotation in the golf swing I have seen. Now I have a much better understanding. I will definitely give it a try. Thanks .

  2. Great explanation here. I've noticed that a lot of people think that they have to get their entire body mass over the inside of their right foot in the backswing. It's really that you're getting that feeling more from moving your hips over the right foot, but your upper torso and head stay more or less where they started, just wound up at the top. I know that was a little convoluted, but hopefully understandable. Lol. I personally feel like I'm lowering my left shoulder down, right on top of the ball. For those people who have always shifted their entire mass to the right, doing it the correct way is going to feel very strange and like you're moving the top of your body left in your backswing.

  3. I used this tilt of the spine and had good contact with power but I miss a lot to the left ,pulling badly

  4. This is similar to Henrik Stenson's initial move, which I have tried and rejected, because it results in tremendous pulls to the left. That's my standard miss already. I think thinking about my hips gets them overactive. I get straighter shots, or even fades when I concentrate on extending my r. arm in that shallowing move on the downswing.
