What is the fairway wood of 2022?

I’ve got my hands on 17 different models to find out. I put every club through their paces, testing them using state of the art TrackMan technology and Titleist Pro V1 golf balls – both on the range and out on the golf course.

I’ve broken this project down to categories, beta for looks, feel, dispersion, distance and draw-bias. So which fairway wood came out on top. And, perhaps more importantly, which will I be putting in play this season?

  1. Great video but i dont play any of those. Everything in my bag is Mizuno with the exception of a Scotty Cameron putter.

  2. Another great review as im stuck on getting a 3 wood but do love the Callaway ST Max as well, the matte colour suits my eye and it is draw bias but hard to find a lefty in Canada right now!

  3. Great review, very informative. I would have like to see the TSi2 in the line up. Maybe sharing the shaft spec's as well to know it wasn't a factor, as all manufacturers offer different stock options.

  4. You are so consistent with your swing and mention in many, many videos that your ball flight is high. Could you do a video on how to increase ball flight with woods?

  5. Hi Hannah great 👍 Video comprehensive breakdown on each 3 Wood lots of extra
“info” on playing from different fairway lie’s, draw or fade bias, high and lower flights, best distance and dispersion, (I would have liked to hear which lofts each club had and if there is a high loft option), I enjoyed hearing your choice of best clubs and why, Thanks Hannah Dickey 9hcp 75year Senior Golfer

  6. I play last year's Callaway, Epic Max 3W with the Hzrdus IM10 60g Reg, and I love it. but I think I need to move into either the 60g or 70g stiff to get the best out of it. Or just buy the rogue with the proper shaft. either way. good choice. love Callaway fairway woods

  7. Great review👍
I have struggled for YEARS trying to find a Fairway Wood that I can actually hit (either off the tee or off the fairway) with ZERO success, so for several years I haven't had one in my Bag but have a garage full of Fairway Woods!!!!!!!!!
But I did some extensive testing this spring to see if I could find one that I could use and FINALLY I STRUCK GOLD!!!!!!!
I'm now the proud owner of a Callaway Rogue ST MAX D and love it👍
