  1. That’s make me understand where club touch and trace to land. Superb!! 👍👍👍

  2. Clay love your videos but this one could have ended at 2:40. You spend the rest of the video endorsing a no name divet board. Kind of lost focus on drills to help with consistent ball striking.

  3. Couple this with an elbows together or tour striker ball. For some reason I was behind and stalling. Once I tucked that right elbow more it was perfect. It feels like you have all the room in the world when it's right. This has become part of my warm up and I'm puring it!!

  4. I've been practicing the outside path backswing to inside path down swing with finish out to the right. I'm definitely hitting it clean but I have lost 20 yards of power with 7 iron. I feel like I'm not getting the whip through the shot.

  5. I have found the true teacher, not just your videos, but your students replies creates a broader perspective. Clay I look forward to you developing a tighter game for me. Here we go!

  6. Ive been hitting shots fat for 50 years. I watched your awesome video and moved my weight to my left foot and hit 98 out of 100 solid never touching the mat until after ball contact. I’m forever in your debt. Thank you you have gotten me back into golf after a 20 year lay off. John from Indian trail NC.

  7. I have played for many years and at one time held a single digit hdcp.I still have pretty good flexibility, however, the golf club (irons in particular) no longer feel comfortable,to hold or swing.
As a result my grip feel wrong,my stance seems wrong, alinement is wrong…you get the picture anything you can suggest to get IT back to my old self.? This is about making me sick? This is not all the time but frequently, enough to be a pain and not trust the swing.
I live in the Midwest and winters are tough to get back in shape but this is something else!

  8. Wow! Your visual lesson is the first that resonated with me. My handicap has dropped 5 strokes in in six weeks. However, shifting weight to the left as you demonstrate in this video cannot involve moving the head to the left. One must be centered in the upper body and shift the weight to the left in the lower body or bad things happen. At age 72, I'm on my way back to a five handicap – thanks to your great lesson!

  9. Every time your videos conveniently end with the "Anti-Roll Method" sales pitch, it just turns me off slightly. You could be giving a putting tip and still somehow transition to the "Anti-Roll Method" pitch. I know you need to make money and the "Anti-Roll method" is obviously your main money maker, but it's just comes across slightly used car sales pitchy and infomercial-like. Just some friendly feedback. Thanks for the content.

  10. With the divot board – do you feel you should choke up a tad since it is slightly above your feet and/or above your "low point" in the swing?

  11. I did this drill for 2 months just about every night in my house/at the range and it’s helped my swing become way more consistent I’m terms of distance and striking. When you gave the example of the hands coming over the top due to not enough rotation I was like “yup that’s me.” Great content man, appreciate it!

  12. As much as I've always loved & admired CB for all he does for the avid Weekend Warriors, I have to set straight a factor almost never is revealed: Height makes a difference as per the tilt of a golfer, hence … the shorter golfer ( such as myself at 5' 7") will swing significantly flatter than someone the height of Clay, who I estimate to be about 6' 2." That said … the same angle CAN be obtained ( left shoulder looking downward at the golf ball at impact & the right shoulder upward, with the opposite action happening during the downswing ), if and ONLY IF we lop the necessary inches off our club shafts as per what our height is, BUT … we shorter folk lose out yet again because we would then generate less club head speed as a result of a more limited arc. Height rules all sports except horse racing. Bummer for us.😐

  13. Redicous cut off video everything is about money to keep it going really?and for what if you got the fundamentals in golf in these guys or doing this just for money wow get a job . Because golf is about our generation up coming and they don’t understand but I do 😜

  14. my 2 biggest issues are dropping my back shoulder and driving off my back foot like a baseball swing causing the ball to fly to the right and open club at contact seemingly no matter how much i consciously try to stop it. any advice?
