Love these type of vids! Thanks
Mark, I often (usually?) hit the ball horridly on my coach's montior – tops, shanks, and low speed. Now usually one would think this was my ego talking, but my coach has played with me and confirms there are loads of forced carries, etc that i make with ease. It makes it a little hard to work on efficiency. Need an outdoor monitor, maybe? I dont see ultra well and i struggle in dark golf caves.
Also, what about Buzza's research??
Thanks Mark, this is me. Far too fast and not efficient at all. Need to slow down and hit better. It’s something I need to work on.
I've actually done this test during my last few range sessions, and it has almost been a shocking revelation – that when I put ALL my focus, entirely on delivery – the face of the club coming 'quietly' into the back of the ball, moving slightly upward, and imparting little sidespin on the ball, I can produce perfect low spin bomb balls that knuckle out close to Three Hundred carry – contrasting when I go for speed I'm always much, shorter. Near 'perfect' delivery makes up for way more speed than you would think.
Totally Poptastic vid mate.. Cant beat a bit of smashie and nicey
Delivery needs work!
delivery all day long
Very good review mark.

Do 25 push ups per day for 25 days and wait till you see the difference. I did it and that only for the first week then started doing the same with sit ups for the remainder and the difference in my drives were crazy. 💪🏽👍🏼👌🏼 try it and come back in 4 weeks and have a go again. Keep it going Mark.
As a 65 year old woman with various arthritic aches and pains, my swing is definitely slower but more accurate.Melissa
Amazing Mark, great video 👍.
This one was so unique! I want to see more uploads like this. a5S5
Yep, when I “go for it”, it doesn’t often happen, when I focus on strike, the outcome is much better.
100% delivery is the issue. Heel almost every shot. A big cut is the standard. And even when I try and slow it down still hit the heel with an open face. Very difficult for me to control face and path.
Delivery is king.
Am 50 this year and think I am lacking in both
I need better strike for sure. When I go for it I lose control of my sequence.
I feel seen… my delivery is trash but i swing 112 lol… smash factor is none existent. Every once in awhile ill hit it 300 and i chase that feeling lol
Pretty efficient as it stands, average is about 250-260 total with the driver according to shot scope (not a huge number of rounds though) with 100-105mph swing speed. Not one for the gym though…
I’m a chunky monkey and my weakness Is control. Hitting it into the stratosphere doesn’t help distance. I’ve gotta find a way to lower my trajectory. Thanks for showing that trying to bash the crap out of the ball is not what I need to do, but concentrate on club face control.
Water pistols 😂
