  2. "E-sports is the future! Olympics here we come!!!" Beth Potter's time was off by a full minute and Gordon Benson got penalized for the treadmills mistake and is then put all the way to last place (not the place where he was when his machine broke, which was much higher up the leader board). What a sh** show. The announcer was talking through all these major errors like they minor glitches to be worked through and "Welp, that's the way it goes here at super league". Yes, that is the way it goes here at super league.

  3. The power alogrithm on Zwift is so skewed, no one ever bridges the gap and no one ever breaks away from a group!

  4. no redundancy – shocking – if you hold a major event – get it recorded be 2 completely different system but I understand sponsorship

  5. Can't get excited about computer game racing at all. Watching people run on a treadmill is like watching paint dry. Love the SLT format, but not the indoor computer games thing.

  6. The way the referee DSQ Petra Kurikova was really annoying and disrespectful. HIs criteria was short and ridiculous. It's clear that he will never understand the physical stress that all athletes have under competition. Puking, spitting, blowing their noses is common in the rush of a race. A yellow card or warning was more appropriate.

  7. Commentator made repeated reference to the fact that on the bike Potter's heart rate was significantly lower than that of her competitors. But simply quoting numbers is not relevant unless we know what the maximum HR of each individual is. It is quite possible for an athlete to have a max HR of .say, 170bpm in which case a HR of 165 is highly significant! If the max HR is 200+ a rate of 165 indicates something rather different.
