Here we have a couple drills and a few ideas on equal and opposite reactions with the golf club. Because how we’re interacting with the ground, helps us sequence and correctly time our release and subsequently our swing direction, low point and of course ball flight. Then a lot of the desirable positional elements of a golf swing release (which are just moments in time) just fall into place.
