Eveliina should try turbo putts or flip putts 25ft and in. Hard to miss those, at the moment its just hard to watch, dont want even to know what she feels, probably cries to bed herself every other night.
DGPT post produced is a hot mess right now. Wrong players in the title, miss-naming FPO as MPO in Texas, FPO commentary sounds more like a frat party than a professional tournament. Do better DGPT
never seen anyone lay up from 25' every chance they had… I do not enjoy watching such a timid putter. you are alreay out of the tournament – take a shot
So no replay of the live coverage from round 3 available even for paid subscribers? With holly close it would have been nice to have the option to get some coverage of the chase card.
Hole 12. Wow, that was embarrassing to watch. I won’t name names but I’ve seen some bad putting in the FPO division before. I do believe Evalina’s hole 3, 8, and now this one on 12 has to be the worst ever though. Good grief. Shout out to Missy Gannon though, it’s obvious she puts work in on the putting green.
I was cheering for Missy since the beginning of this tourney! Finally in the books for 2022. For me, Evelina can destroy anyone if only Innova would gather the team to work with her on the putting. Whatever time she is focussing on putting needs to be quadrupled. She is a future star.
One out of four women on 10 only 250 feet and only one stays inbounds and only by hitting a bush to stay in. which tells you none of them must actually practice distance control. there was no wind so that wasn't an excuse. they all better be glad Paige and Allen took off this week. these Women missed 25 putts 30 feet and in and 6 of those were 15 feet or closer.
Eveliina is suffering from a type of focal dystonia, a condition that causes INVOLUNTARY muscle contractions during a specific task. It's a vicious circle because anxiety worsens the effect and anyone who experiences it while putting is going to be anxious the next time they try to putt. It happens again…..well….not difficult to imagine the future effects. She has no idea when it will happen. When it does happen, she could easily miss any putt that has to leave her hand. It's mainly occurring in her wrist at the time of release which causes her arm to overreact so all the talk about routine and technique are out the window. The first thing she can do is try practicing short putts with her left foot forward instead of her right. This opposite stance might preoccupy her mind and shut off the involuntary spasm. If that doesn't work, she could try left handed. Forcing the mind to deal with something other than the recorded routine could do the trick. She could still miss a few short putts but there is a big difference between missing them and what she is experiencing. If it did relieve her spasms from short distance, there could be a meaningful drop in anxiety, leading to a quick recovery. Someone please just get her to try some off foot forward, short putting practice and see what happens. If it doesn't help, try left handed from short distance. Just need to try and throw the mind off the learned and well recorded routine. For those concerned….google "yips Mayo Clinic". We're talking about one of the best players in the world not being able to function 10' from the basket. We're not talking missing putts here. Anyone who thinks she doesn't have nerves of steel is being ridiculous. Her ability to step up to a tee pad and lay down great shots like she's doing after not being able to function within 10' of the basket is a testament to her inner strength. It's not as if there isn't anyone out there who hasn't experienced what she's experiencing but the odds of anyone reading this having experienced it are quite low. Most people who have been watching her play since the European Championships know this has nothing to do with "missing putts". It's an involuntary muscle spasm and it's a nightmare. You try to hurry through it. You try to slow down and hope like hell it doesn't happen. She can be standing 6' from the basket and it appears like a grip lock that misses by 3'. It's not something she's doing. It's something happening to her.
Hopefully Eveliina can recover from the bad putting streak she had here, and get her mindset right, wishing to see her on the lead card again on the next Event. The same thing happened to her at the European Championships last year, before that her putting was world class the whole summer.
Based on the putting alone I cannot believe Evalina only lost by as much as she did. It doesn't even seem like she is trying when I watch some of this. Not trying to be mean it is just that bizarre to see someone this good throwing the disc who is this bad at putting.
No disrespect meant, but it felt like Eveliinas putting wore off on some of the other players. Hennas putting took a noticeable downturn from the other rounds
Missy's hole 1 putt! Macie kind of killing it. Henna's crushes. So fun to watch! And despite everything that happened, I still have a lot of love and respect for Eveliina, wish her all the best and can't wait to watch her in the next tournament!
These girls lack mental toughness and the will to win. I want to support FPO so bad but when I’m cringing the entire video I remember why I don’t watch.

Holly is way too supportive of Evelina's horrendous putting
Ladies disc golf has so many up and comers. The next few years is gonna be crazy good
Walker isn’t on the card, it’s Velediaz

Eveliina's putting is just horrible. Competing with current effort is just ridiculous. There's everything wrong with that putting.
Where are the rest of the big names?
11:06, 11:26, 11:48 Same story from round 1. She desperately needs to get this figured out ASAP.
20:30 I mean…. there are no words for this.

Thunder chicken!
fix the title of the video, not walker
Jesus Christ these girls suck at putting
Yeah… someone said Evelina is the worst putter on tour… incorrect.. she is the worst putter in the entire world

I haven't cringed like this since I saw Hunter from Foundation make a 30 minute long ITB.
Thank you 😊.

Safe
Kudos to evalina. I couldn't imagine finishing some of those holes after missed putts. She strong. Just needs time to get better.
Holly has a very soothing voice combined with personal disc golf knowledge makes her one of my favorite commentators… ty Holly

The coverage sucks. Just be honest and move forward. Figure it out.

On the first round I had hoped she'd win it and she did. Very nice person. Congratulations young Lady!

Great commentary! If Evelina gets her putting woes sorted, she could be deadly!

This is LEAD CARD coverage of professional disc golf.
Evelina is a true professional. Smiling and enjoying herself despite her struggles on the day.
the card shot +18 and the announcers just act like everythings normal. probably the worst round by score lead card has ever recorded
Evalina seemed off all round. Gannon was steady ready and getting it
Ive never seen someone lay up from inside the circle before! Absolutely ridiculous!
Evelina is my favorite player besides wysocki and mcbeth
