Our reflexologist, Gretel Spiegel, demonstrates this short reflexology treatment. A golf ball is the perfect size and shape to roll under your foot to give yourself this treatment. Not only will you be relieving congestion, working the muscles and ligaments of the feet, you will be improving circulation and ultimately applying some static pressure to the solar plexus point or kidney 1 (acupressure) will provide some stress relief. In a seated position try this technique morning and night for a few minutes and always work within your pain threshold. If you need to apply more pressure you can stand doing this technique but please ensure you are holding on to support.
