BREA: On 04-23-20, Birch Hills Golf Course located at 2250 E. Birch Street was granted by county of Orange to reopen with certain restrictions. They have rules in place which state they still have to practice the 6 feet social distancing rule. No more than four people per group. They also have to stay 30 feet away from other groups. The bar and restaurant at the course is closed and there is special distancing guidelines when renting out equipment or checking in for reservations. They have floor signs for guests to use as a guide to maintain a distance in line. Equipment is being sanitized as returned. No golf carts are available for use. They want people to know they can come to the golf course and know they are being as sanitary as possible for their guests to enjoy themselves. They have spaced out the reservation times to allow golfers to maintain a safe distance and avoid large crowds of people.
