he weather is still glorious and its time to get out and do some cycling as my bike hasn’t been out of the garage for well over a year!
Why not join me and do some decent cardio plus resistance training for a well rounded workout!

The great things about band and a skipping rope is that you can easily chuck them into your backpack and add an al fresco workout in on your adventures in the countryside!

I rode around 3.5 miles until we found an empty field with some goal posts!
Perfect mounting point for the red resistance band!

The program was as follows!

A1: Banded Hammer Curls x 25
A2: Banded Overhead Tricep Extension Neutral Grip
A3: Skipping 60 seconds

60 seconds rest

B1: Banded Reverse Grip Bicep Curls
B2: Banded Supinated Grip Tricep Pushdown
B3: Skipping 60 seconds

Repeat all the above again!
Cycle home! (i did 9 miles)

Fresh air does everyone loads of good!!
