Part 2 of a 3 part review of the coated-shaft era of golf clubs, currently a sadly neglected area. In this part we examine some of the revolutionary iron designs that were appearing at the end of the hickory era and the start of the steel shaft era.
We also have a look at a few putters and then a quick look at the clubs which I’ll be playing on the course in Part 3.
