Henry & Dad do a Goalkeeper training session to improve their reactions when making saves

This session mainly uses just a football & cones. The session starts with some fun reaction games using the body and cones. Then they introduce a football to work on fast hands when catching. Then some movement around the goal with shots from varying areas. Lastly, they introduce the Pro Deflect STA (which you can replace with cones spread out randomly) to give some wicked deflections which they attempt to save.
