Whether you’re still learning how to throw, or you are trying to extend your max distance, this fieldwork drill will help you overcome any MENTAL and VISUAL barriers. It’s super simple: you stack your cones as you move to greater distances. This helps you avoid subconsciously aiming at the closest target and truly extend to max distance.
But why use multiple cones?
It’s a great way to warm up! You shouldn’t EVER get out of the car and immediately start throwing as hard as you can. Starting with shorter distances will help your body warm up and get ready to sling some discs!
