We cannot have a “one size fits all” swing angle (hand path / bat path) for every pitch that comes in, this is what i call a narrow spectrum swing. We need to be able to see where the point of contact will be then adjust our swing angle to match this……from pitch to pitch in BP and from at bat to at bat in a game. From the head high pitch to the waist high pitch and everything in between we need to know how to attack it. Breakdown of raw footage from Franc Henry BP session.
