HOW TO WARM UP BEFORE PLAYING GOLF

Here Is a short warm up routine to use before you play any round of golf. The purpose of this sequence of moves is to mobilise and warm up all muscles and joints that you will use during your game. The result, a better start to your round physically and mentally. Dedicate 5 minutes before every round and see the difference it makes.
