I played this tournament BLIND, having never played the course before. Camp Taloali is a technical wooded course with a good mix of short and long holes that require a ton of shot shapes. It’s a great disc golf course for a lefty!
My first round was -2 and 930 rated. I was top of chase card going into the 2nd round and down by 3 strokes. After starting off really well in the 2nd round, I found myself hitting putts and angles and gaining ground on the leader. By the end of the day, I tied for lead with two holes left and hit my final putt getting a birdie and the WIN with a 970 rated round. By far, my best round to date.
Thanks for watching and supporting my disc golf journey!!
