The under water drill is one that I have used for a number of years with my students and the demonstration at the start of this video can often be a light bulb moment for many when it comes to generating speed
Once we understand exactly how to put energy and speed into the golf club we can begin to tap into power that was previously never used.
The under water drill is an amazing move for extra distance and if you add this to your practice routine you could well see some serious gains in your game.
