Following from our work on Pitching secrets – where we worked on the small backswing with a gentle tempo and the full pivot on the left hip coupled with the full finish on the follow through, we extend to the full backswing.
The key is that the hands need to drop down to the same position before the pivot on the left hip can be made otherwise everything gets thrown out to in as the shoulder turn too early.
We will be working on this on course soon, but you need to get the feel for this on the range before feeling comfortable to take on the course. Cassie is starting to get pretty comfortable.
