Tools you need for these exercises:
towel, 2-3 pillows or more if you need, a peanut ball or a sock and 2 tennis/ lacrosse balls for your own self-made peanut ball

If you have an acute phase of neck pain, I recommend doing this routine constantly on a daily basis before incorporating neck strengthening exercises.
