Today I tested my gopro during my barefoot walk.
Gopro Settings
5k 30FPS Linear Mode
Hypersmooth high
Gopro color (In post-editing I added saturation)
I think this are good settings for vlogging.
This video is in Dutch with no subtitles. But is only for someona that wants to see the image quality of the Gopro Hero 9.
