There’s different ways to train rotation. Many athletes are just training the back side of the body to PUSH the backside through. Others are solely training the frontside with a PULL pattern. The best results for sports applications is to train both the back and front sides as that provides much much stability and resulting body torque, arm, bat, ball and club-head speed.
