This tip shows you how to play pain free golf with one simple change to your swing. If you are someone playing in pain, this is the tip for you.

In no way should the golf swing ever hurt your body so if you are feeling pain I suggest trying a rotational golf swing instead. This is a simple change to make because is this tip I show you a way to check if you are on the right angle or not.

I know there are different methods out there. Through the course of now 30 years of teaching, I find this way relieves any kind of stress or pressure on your lower back.

Also, because you are rotational your body is the power source not your hands and arms. This too allows you play pain free because you are not hitting with your arms at all.

Give this one simple change a try. Once you do, you will see that you will start to play free golf with a rotational swing. Without pain, you can start having more fun.
