“Cameron Champ is a two-time PGA Tour winner since turning professional in 2017 and will play his second Masters Tournament after finishing T19 in last year’s debut. The 25-year-old is an exceptionally long hitter, having led the Tour in driving distance in 2019. Champ learned the game from his grandfather Mack, a Vietnam veteran, when he was 2 and played on a par-3 course near his home in Sacramento, Calif. His Cameron Champ Foundation helps children in underserved and underrepresented communities, and in 2020 Champ announced he would fund two scholarships for student-athletes on the men’s and women’s golf teams at Prairie View AM, an HBCU in Prairie View, Texas.”
