A player with good hand action is one whose hands let the club balance and pivot at the proper places in the golf swing.

Practice this routine at least once a week. Adjust the reps to fit your needs and capabilities. Never do more reps than your mental stamina can handle. The quality of your repetitions are more important than the quantity.

Trail Arm Only: 20-25 balls
Lead Arm Only: 20-25 balls
L to L Drill: 30 balls
Full Swings: 15-20 balls
Playing Reps: 10 (50% success rate feeling the proper motion. Increase the success rate as you improve.)
