Franks Tract is the most popular area of the California Delta to fish and for good reason. Many tournaments in the past were won right in the tract and though it isn’t a winning spot anymore, it still has tons of fish. First time fishing the tract this early in the spring so I’m hopeful we can put together a solid limit.
