Here is the 4th and last part of my new “GET FIT IN 8 WEEKS” workout program!
As a certified PT I created his program specially for beginners to help them to enter the world of fitness step by step.
You will need 1 resistance bands and 1 stick #getfit #beginnersworkout
This “GET FIT IN 8 WEEKS” program consists of 4 workout videos each one created to be executed for 2 weeks – at least 4 times a week.
So when you make all workouts continously you will have finished the 4th part in 8 weeks and will be fit and ready to perform heavier workouts. Each workout and vidoe takes you one step closer to your goal of living a fit and healthy life!

Do this workout on your mat or your carpet. Ask a professional first if necessary.
But don’t forget: without healthy nutrition this workout won’t be effective on it’s own. If you want to get fit soon you have to work for it.
Me for myself can say this workout helped me to start my fitness journey. And don’t forget, everybody is different, every body works different. Be patient and listen to your body. Don’t push yourself too much for very difficult exercises and ask a professional first if necessary. I’m here to show what works for me. You will know your body better by doing exercises regularly and will understand what you are capable of and what else you can do.
