My friend brought out a radar gun and I wanted to see what the various types of throws / discs could fly at. The 61mph yellow disc hit 425-440’… I’ve definitely lost a step of power and distance in the last year as I’m not throwing much. I could feel the disc slip out early on almost all my shots, as my timing feels a bit off and my hands feel weak. Ok going to put some effort into strength in my obliques, flexibility and reps. Looking forward to getting back into the work.
