The key is RELAXATION (get rid of tension) of your wrists, arms, and shoulders. Golf swing speed can only come from relaxed muscles that fire in the proper sequence in the downswing.

Using your lower body properly is critical. You don’t fire your hips laterally to the target. You rotate. You unwind your body coming down.
