Practice swings can help reinforce sound golf swing fundamentals and proper golf swing mechanics. They can also get you into positions that you may not otherwise be able to get into when you swing at a ball.
It may be easier to get the ‘feel’ of a properly executed swing when you do a slow motion practice swing. Segmental practice swings, like we do in the video, break down the full swing into smaller easier to execute moves.
As you master your practice swing, the feelings get ingrained into your real swing at full speed and become second nature.
