What a treat this was, course manager & friend Dale Houlsden has been inviting us down to Drayton for the last 2 years lol finally we made the short trip along the m42 towards Tamworth and I kid you not.. what an incredible course this was! The tee boxes were probably the best I’ve ever seen.. fairways were perfect 1st and 2nd cut, bunkers were filled with sand… yeah I said sand 😮 finally the greens were a real delight & rolling a dream! If you haven’t played Drayton than I highly recommend you do 👌🏻👌🏻
