Foot pain is really no different than any other pain you feel in your body. Your body percieves something is not quite right, and that perception registers as pain. This could be something going on with soft tissue, or you could have just finished walking over hot coals at a Tony Robbins seminar. Either way! We want to get you out of pain as soon as possible.
It’s very important to note, not all foot pain is Plantar Fasciitis! You shouldn’t just assume it is that and take some Advil and buy an orthotic. There is a good chance you will be better off by giving your feet some much overdo love.
