As a result watch your serve improve by controlling your toss with the focus of not moving your feet, visuals and hand-eye coordination. Practice your serve and your tennis toss in the comfort of your own home, in the office, and on court before practices and matches. All you need is the desire to improve your tennis game, and the willingness to put a little time in, with repetition. Commit to your practice by putting in the reps and you will be glad you did!
