A short yoga practice to activate and strengthen as well as release and stretch our adductors (inner things muscles.) All you need is a yoga block (or a thick book!) as well as a small cushion or blanket. For my fellow golfers, having tight adductors can inhibit hip rotation and eventually cause lower back pain.They can also be responsible for swaying during your golf swing. As always, breathe deeply, and move with ease!
