Backhand rollers are great shots to have in your bag for accuracy and distance in the right scenarios. Have you ever played a disc golf hole where you know you won’t be able to reach the pin using an air shot? What about trying a backhand roller!? This shot is great when you’ve got a lot of room to let it roll and you want to cover a lot of distance.
In this video, Shawn teaches Sara how to throw a backhand roller for accuracy. Sara has never incorporated this throw into her game and wants to learn. Hopefully you will learn a thing or two as well and will start using the backhand roller to close the gap on those long holes!
