Today we have a swiss themed course that was an absolute pleasure to play. This course is picture perfect and has some of the best looking par 3’s that I have seen in a long time if not ever, yes that’s a big call but wait till you see them.

Welcome to The Edge of Wilderness which is my 4th course design and follows on from The Shires of Cambridge.
Course details are as follows….
Swiss theme
Par 72
Red tees – 6578 yards
Blue tees – 6996 yards
Gold tees – 7481 yards
Fairways – Normal
Greens – Firm
Green Speed – Fast (170)
Set deep in the Alaskan wilderness this course offers a tough and challenging round of golf with plenty of scenic views along the way.
I have tried to toughen up my green sculpting for this one to provide more of a challenge and when the winds are set to high it will test the best golfers out there.
In regards to lighting for this course I opted for a more dull and dark look to try and achieve the setting of deep in the wild. I apologize if this comes across too dark for some when played but I really did think that I achieved the look I was going for and therefore didn’t want to brighten it up too much.
