Check out one of my unbelievably dedicated students, AG from San Diego, delivering a Shadow Tennis montage of the Contact Moves he’s been learning with me online.
Once a week he sends me a couple of short videos and I analyse his footwork and movement, and compare it to the Pro Players.
We get on Zoom and during the session he’ll shadow the Contact Moves on screen, allowing me to give him immediate feedback and guidelines for his training over the next week.
He has just decided to get back on court and start hitting balls again, but for months and months he has shadowed hundreds and hundreds of repetitions to keep his mind and body in the game.
He is an amazing inspiration for me. I am so proud of him and honored to be his coach!!
