Tennis forehand and backhand topspin contact point – Tips on how to improve your ground strokes
The contact point depends on so many factors like the depth speed height spin and it takes many many years and a lot of experience to learn how to read that.
On your side it takes knowledge to be able to determine how to adjust your feet and which grip you want to play with.
The more you slide over to a Western grip as closer your contact point will be as more you are to eastern as more flexible you will be and the contact point is further away.
