Footjoy Traditions Golf Shoe Review.
What I Like
The first thing that strikes me with these shoes are how light they are, each shoe weighs less than 400 grams! As the name suggests they look very traditional and I really like the colourways. The uppers are full leather meaning it is very waterproof. Plus you can see how the outsole is stitched in which again suggests this is a long lasting shoe. When you slip these on, the super soft foot bed makes your feet feel so cushioned almost like a Sketchers shoe. I also really like the support around the achilles to make sure it does not rub.
The only part of this shoe that I do not like is the outsole, I cannot help but think these would be more suitable as a spikeless shoe. The outsole is very flat even with the best soft spikes you can get which come with the shoe I cannot see where the traction is going to come from. Fit wise they come up big I have personally gone half a size down to what I would normally wear.
Overall for the money around £100 these will hit a lot of price points due to the quality construction and how light they are. It is clear they are targeting the person that buys Sketchers with this shoe.
