Gustavo Marrero from the Costa Rican Golf Federation discusses his passion for golf and how he got into the Rules of Golf.
Gustavo recently implemented a junior Rules education programme in Costa Rica and has also come through The R&A Rules education programme and to become the first Level 3 referee in Costa Rica.
