When in Lockdown… hit the RPM Drill!

Time to make some changes in the game and try to find that level of focus needed to hit some BIG goals! Me and the net get to it here and you can get into some detail about my swing, what i’m trying to work on and how it could help you and your game!

As always, linking the physical movements of the body to the execution of the swing itself to create the best motion possible!

So today, we implemented the RPM drill – it is legit!

The aims:

Swing around the spine – pivot.
Reduce lateral movement.
Create pressure efficiently.
Be super consistent.
Maximal force!

The drill is super simple and can be really useful even if you’re not out practicing right now.
